Fred Rosenbloom
Buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest transitions, and the difference between stress and confidence is the guide you choose. My role is to make sure you never feel lost in the process. I help creative individuals, families, and first-time buyers move forward with clarity, calm, and strategy, so every decision feels steady and every next step is clear.
Why I Do This Work
I was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, and know firsthand what it means to find a home that supports both lifestyle and livelihood. Before real estate, I co-founded a music technology company that grew into a successful venture and was eventually sold and transferred to a new company, an experience that sharpened my ability to negotiate complex deals and manage important transitions with care.
I later launched a business in the guitar industry, learning firsthand what it takes to build something from the ground up. And after earning my Master’s in Counseling from CSUN, I spent several years working with individuals through major life decisions, experience that taught me how to listen deeply, guide with empathy, and support people when the stakes are high.
These chapters all shaped the way I approach real estate today: with strategy, creativity, and a steady hand that helps clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
What That Means for You
If you’re buying your first home: I’ll help you cut through the noise, avoid overwhelm, and focus on the homes that truly fit your life and goals.
If you’re relocating from L.A. to Ventura County: I’ll guide you to communities that give you the peace and space you want, without losing connection to the city.
If you’re selling your home: I’ll position your property with data-driven strategy, compelling marketing, and negotiation that maximizes your outcome while minimizing stress.
At every step, I anticipate challenges before they show up, communicate clearly so you always know what’s ahead, and create a process that feels less like juggling chaos and more like walking a clear, steady path.
My Approach
I believe real estate is more than a transaction, it’s a journey that should feel calm, transparent, and even exciting. My clients trust me because I listen deeply, ask the right questions, and guide them with strategy and empathy. The result is not just getting the deal done, but making sure the experience feels right along the way.
Local Roots, Trusted Team
I live in Oak Park with my wife, two children, and three dogs. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me hiking local trails, playing guitar, or exploring Conejo Valley neighborhoods with an eye for hidden potential.
I’m proud to be part of the Rise Ventura Valley real estate team, a forward-thinking group serving Ventura County and nearby Los Angeles communities. While I’ll be your primary point of contact, you’ll also benefit from the team’s trusted network of inspectors, lenders, and local experts. Behind the scenes, we ensure no detail is overlooked and your experience is as seamless as possible.

Why I Do This Work
I was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, and I know firsthand what it means to look for a home that supports both lifestyle and livelihood. Before real estate, I built a career in tech and music, working with Grammy-winning artists and companies like Microsoft and Intel. Along the way, I learned how to solve high-stakes problems, negotiate with confidence, and see opportunities others often miss.
With a Bachelor’s in Psychology from UCSD and a Master’s in Counseling from CSUN, I also bring a deep understanding of how people make complex decisions. Real estate isn’t just about contracts, it’s about people choosing where life will happen next. My background helps me guide clients through those decisions without the overwhelm, with empathy, patience, and steady confidence.
