Every home purchase is unique, but here’s a roadmap of what we’ll accomplish together.
Getting Ready
Work with a trusted lender to get pre-approved — so you know what you can afford.
Meet with me to talk about your goals, neighborhoods, and budget.
Many buyers choose to sign a Buyer Representation Agreement to confirm our partnership.
Tour homes that fit your needs and budget.
Making It Happen
We will write and negotiate a strong offer.
When the seller accepts, escrow opens. Your deposit (earnest money) is due — usually 1–3% of the purchase price.
Complete home inspections to check condition. The lender orders an appraisal to confirm the value of the home.
Submit your full loan application and work with your lender to clear final approval.
Closing & Moving In
Once inspections, appraisal, and loan approval are done, contingencies are removed.
Do a last check to ensure the home’s condition hasn’t changed.
Sign final documents, fund the loan, and the deed records with the county.
When escrow closes — congratulations! You officially get the keys to your new home.
